We have enjoyed holding our team lunch Christmas lunch several times at Hell’s Kitchen located at Cesars. It is a fun place to spend time with friends. There are lots of terrific options for dining in Henderson and on the strip!
• The great thing about living in Sun City is being near the strip, you can go to Raider’s football game in the new Allegiant Stadium or a show on the strip. Soon we will have the Oakland A’s Baseball team and you can enjoy a show or concert.
• The Revere Golf Course sits with Sun City Anthem. The Revere presents a blend of rugged landscape and beautiful greenery. Many of the homes have golf views. We are in one of my listings in Sun City Anthem. You can see it has beautiful views of the golf course and you can easily walk over to the Buckman’s Grill at Restaurant for dinner. It is not uncommon that I will sell a home here and meet many of the neighbors who are also my friends to my clients. There is a community feel here where neighbors watch out for each other. This is important in an age restricted community. One of my clients here is 91 years old. His neighbors are very friendly and help him when he needs it.

This model is the largest with 3,175 square feet. The home prices within here can vary greatly even within the same model depending on if the home was remodeled or has views.
