Who We Are
The Carver Fahr Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties brings together decades of real estate experience, deep knowledge of the Las Vegas and Henderson markets, and a shared commitment to putting clients first.
The team was created by bringing together the strengths, relationships, and expertise of the Carver and Fahr families. Leslie and John Carver, along with Ellen and Charlie Fahr, have built their businesses around trust, personal service, strong communication, and long-term relationships. Our experienced team of real estate professionals includes Danielle Gordon, Kendall Towers, Stefanie Jablonski, Brad Carver, Annette Nichols, Kathy Wolfe, and Lauren Dorris.
Together we have sold more than 5,000 homes and over $2 billion in real estate. We represent buyers and sellers throughout Las Vegas and Henderson, including luxury homes, guard-gated communities, golf course communities, active-adult and retirement communities, new construction, relocation, and traditional residential real estate.

How many years of experience should my real estate agent have?
Enough to have worked through more than one kind of market. Our licensed real estate experience dates to 1996, which is 30 years in the Las Vegas Valley, covering the boom, the crash, the foreclosure years, the recovery, and today’s conditions. Pricing strategy that worked in 2021 does not work now, and knowing the difference only comes from having sold through both.

How do I know if a real estate agent is trustworthy?
Look for a verifiable license, a long and searchable track record, real reviews from named clients, and credentials that required documented performance rather than a weekend class. Then ask the agent a question they have reason to shade, such as what your home will realistically sell for, and see whether the answer matches the data. Should I hire a real estate team or an individual agent?

Leslie Carver leads the team alongside her husband, John Carver, and their son, Brad Carver. Ellen and Charlie Fahr are both highly experienced agents in their own right, so you get the benefit of top agents collaborating together for your benefit rather than working in isolation. Danielle Gordon has been with the team for over 20 years, and Stefanie Jablonski and Kendall Towers for 17 years each. They are all top professionals and highly experienced.
Real estate deadlines do not wait, and a solo agent can only be in one place at a time. With our team, someone is always available to show a home, answer a call, or handle an inspection deadline. You still have one primary agent who knows your file, and you also have the experience of the entire team behind it.
