Inspirada, located in Henderson, Nevada, is a master-planned community envisioned to blend modern living with a close-knit, small-town atmosphere. Developed in phases starting in 2007, the community involved multiple renowned builders, such as KB Home, Toll Brothers, Tri-pointe and Lennar, with diverse selection of residential options
Now, like many places, Inspirada faced some challenges during the 2008 housing market crash, but the developers stuck to their plan. Fast forward to today, Inspirada has become a thriving neighborhood with stunning homes, fantastic amenities, and a lifestyle that’s hard to beat. This area has some very exciting developments happening here! It really is turning into a new hot spot!
There is an Inspirada Stations Resort and Casino project that will be located at Bicentennial Parkway and Via Inspirada. The hotel project is set to have three restaurants, a food hall, bowling alley and a movie theater. This is terrific for us locals; if you’re familiar with Durango Station or Green Valley Ranch resort, it’s great having these amenities so close to home!
A massive $800 million, 220-acre mixed-use community is getting ready to break ground near Inspirada. The developer Mosaic Companies plans to start construction this year. The project will feature up to 740 single-family homes and town homes, industrial space and two shopping centers. The project is located just south of the M Resort Spa and Casino. This is set to bring amenities to the area and compete with the Summerlin mall!
Inspirada is on the southeast side of the valley and West Henderson. You have easy access to the I-15 and St. Rose Parkway. You are just 15 mins away from the strip, 20 minutes to the Airport and you are the first exit from California making it easy to travel back and forth there.
One of the things I love most about Inspirada is how it feels like its own little world. The masterplanned community was built around a centrally located park system where residents enjoy 85 acres of parks, trails and open washes. There are parks everywhere, five main ones, to be exact. And these aren’t just small patches of grass; we’re talking about splashing pads, sports fields, dog parks, and picnic areas. I always tell my clients, “Your backyard is basically an extension of these amazing parks!”
Oh, and the events here? They’re fantastic. I am standing in Solista Park where Farmer Markets are held twice a month and Outdoor Concerts at the Amphitheater. One of the community pools is in this park and we love the Italian deli here, Romano Mercato Italiano. There are seasonal celebrations like holiday festivals, yoga in the park and food truck gatherings keep the calendar packed with things to do. It’s these little extras that make living here feel so special.
Aventura Park is a favorite, with sports fields, basketball and volleyball courts, and even a splash pad for those hot Nevada days
Pickleball is a big deal these days! Residents at Inspirada have the new Montagna Park, with 4 dedicated outdoor pickleball courts. Plus, not far from the community is the new Chicken and Pickle just opened Where can connect with friends while playing pickleball and enjoying delicious food in a playful backyard setting!
If you’re looking for top-rated schools, look no further. Inspirada has Ellis Elementary School and Pinecrest which is a charter school with grades Kindergarten through -8th grade. Both are terrific schools. It is also zoned for Liberty High School. I have several friends with kids at Liberty. There are AP classes and opportunities for students to participate in sports and theatre activities!
Inspirada is continually growing, with several new phases and developments underway. Builders like Toll Brothers, KB Home and Tri-Pointe currently offer new constructions homes. Home prices typically range from the high $300,000s for a townhouse to over $1.5 million for larger single-family homes in premium locations.
The Amiata Collection by Toll Brothers is a modern designed, luxury community of townhomes featuring spacious home designs with attached two-car garages. This community has a private pool and EV charging stations. Home prices start in the low $500,0000.
Right nearby is the KB has new construction Townhomes community the Groves at Inspirada.
KB Reserves at Inspirada offers single family homes from the mid $500,000.
Kendall on my team lives in Inspirada and loves the community. Every year Inspirada hosts breakfast for the top 10 agents with new home sales in the community. Kendall has received it several times as have Stefanie and Danielle. In fact, the breakfast is next week, and Stefanie is being honored with the achievement for last year.
We have so many wonderful stories from clients who have fallen in love with this community. I have several friends and clients that have purchased in the new construction with KB. My oldest son is 23 and his friends really like this neighborhood as they start to purchase their first homes.
