How do we use the MLS to help our sellers?
The multiple listing service, or MLS, is a database comprised of properties entered in by real estate agents that allows other real estate agents to find properties for their clients.
When we enter a property into the MLS, we do it with great detail. We actually go out to the property to do a detailed walkthrough and inspection of the home. We even have a five page checklist we use to make sure we don’t miss any detail that needs to be in the MLS.

We have studied the MLS extensively, so we know the best tricks and tweaks to make sure your home is as desirable as possible when entering it in. For example, we’ll give the most aesthetically pleasing directions to your home that will take potential buyers past parks or other sought after neighborhood features. We’ll also make sure your home is exposed to as many buyers as possible.
