Today I’m standing in front of one of the most advanced homes in Las Vegas this is a LIVV Neo home, and it’s not just modern in design, it’s powered by Tesla technology and built with AI integration throughout. The NEO community is a luxury guard gated community with only 89 homes. All of the homes come with this modern design, AI technology and Tesla solar. The homes have a modern exterior with porcelain tile, wood-look PVC trim, a frameless glass-panel garage door. The first thing you notice as you walk in is the clean, modern architecture and how intentional everything feels from the moment you step inside. The smart entry system gives you keyless and app-based access, so you’re not fumbling with keys at the door. The home recognizes you and lets you in seamlessly.
