Reasons RESIDENTS LOVE Living in SEVEN HILLS Henderson NV

Seven Hills is hands-down one of the most desirable communities in Henderson, and it’s easy to see why residents absolutely adore living here! From breathtaking views to luxury living, there’s so much to love—and I promise to give you all the inside details on why this neighborhood is so special. Reason 1: Scenic Views & Outdoor Living

One of the biggest draws of Seven Hills is its breathtaking views. Many of the homes have views of the Las Vegas Strip or the stunning surrounding mountains, residents here get to enjoy some of the best views in the valley.

Seven Hills is also known for its outdoor-friendly lifestyle. The community is home to Sonata Park and Allegro Park, with playgrounds, open green spaces and sports courts. My youngest son had soccer practice, and my oldest son had track meets at the Sonata park when they were in high school. I have clients that sold a home recently with me that backed Sonata Park. They loved their location and often saw bunnies at the park. The Seven Hills trail is a 2.6-mile loop trail that is terrific for running or walking your dogs while enjoying the amazing views of the mountains and Las Vegas Strip.

For golf enthusiasts, Seven Hills is home to the Rio Secco Golf Club, an 18-hole, Par 72 public golf course, and the famous Butch Harmon School of Golf. Many residents love having this world-class golf experience right in their backyard.

Reason 2: Luxury Living & Diverse Homes

Seven Hills offers a wide variety of housing options, making it an appealing choice for many different lifestyles. The community has custom-built luxury estates in guard gated communities like Rapallo, Terracina, and Presidio and the Marquis Seven Hills community developed by Blue Heron. Renaissance is one of my favorite communities. I have so many clients that live in the community. It is a guard gated community of semicustom homes built by Pardee.

For clients looking for well-designed single-family homes and townhomes there are several terrific neighborhoods like Meridiana, Horizons and Palazzo Monte, all offering access to the same great community amenities.

Reason 3: Community Atmosphere

Residents frequently come together for neighborhood events, outdoor activities, and social gatherings, fostering a strong sense of community. You find events and activities at the parks. Park Pals held an event at Allegro Park last year. Our office has held several cornhole tournaments at the park. Many of my clients in Seven Hills are friends connect with neighbors, while walking the trails, playing golf together, or relaxing in the community’s many parks.

Families love Seven Hills because it’s close to top-rated schools such as Wolff Elementary, Del Webb Middle School, and Coronado High School. I moved our family into the area so that my sons could attend the public schools here. My youngest attended Del Webb and both of my sons went to Coronado High School These schools are known for their strong academic programs and extracurricular activities, making the area highly desirable for families with children. Many of the Seven Hills residents have met their friends through school activities with families that have kids of similar age.

Reason 4: Proximity to Amenities

A short distance away is the Green Valley Ranch Casino which is connected to The District. With some of my favorite shops such as Lululemon, Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, REI and William Sonoma and we enjoy dining at the restaurants like Echo and Rig and the new North Italia.

Seven Hills is conveniently located just off Saint Rose Parkway. My office is located off Seven Hills, and I enjoy working in the community. The nearby Saint Rose Square Shopping center has Costco and there are a lot of options for dining off Eastern and Saint Rose. The location provides easy access to I-215, making it a short drive to the Las Vegas Strip, Airport or to Summerlin.

Reason 5: Active Lifestyle Opportunities

Seven Hills offers plenty of options for fitness enthusiasts. Parks like Sonata Park and Vivaldi Park feature sports courts, open fields, and scenic fitness trails perfect for running or walking. Outdoor spaces cater to yoga lovers and those who enjoy exercising in a peaceful, natural setting. Additionally, Seven Hills is close to top-tier fitness centers and wellness hubs in Henderson, including Lifetime, TruFusion and Vibe Yoga offering everything from personal training to group fitness classes.

Seven Hills is one of the safest neighborhoods in Henderson, thanks to its well-planned security measures. Many communities here are gated or guarded gate featuring controlled access points. Residents appreciate the added safety, allowing them to enjoy their homes with peace of mind.
