Convenient access to the Summerlin Parkway and the 215 Beltway, it’s easy to get to the Strip from this area within 20 minutes. This area is also conveniently close to the Summerlin Hospital and many of the corporate offices that are located on Town Center in Summerlin. All of this in an area that features beautiful Mountain views and wide tree-lined streets.
The Trails Located minutes from Red Rock State Park, residents regularly participate in cycling events, marathons and hiking.
