Why Inspirada Henderson Feels Different From Every Other Community
This RARE Henderson Community Is a Hidden Gem | Inspirada, NV
In Henderson, there are a lot of well-known master-planned communities, but Inspirada is different. It is a new community with new home construction and so much in the area.
Reason #1: Inspirada Is Built Around Community
One of the biggest reasons we love with Inspirada is the sense of connection it provides. I have a lot of clients that move to Las Vegas and tell me it is hard to meet friends and neighbors, well Inspirada does make it a little bit easier.
There is a new Resident Meet & Greet happening soon that is literally a “speed-dating” style meet-up to help new neighbors get to know one another and feel at home fast.
For those of us that love our dogs there are Dog Meet-Ups & Pet Socials and events planned at the dog parks where pet owners meet with other pet lovers.
There are outdoor yoga classes, fun runs, and family fitness gatherings to walk the trails. I saw on the calendar that there is a shredding event planned which is perfect this time of year with spring cleaning!
I had a family move here last year and they have 2 young daughters. They told me they made friends recently with another family at the Movie in the Park night which Disney’s Moana. There were a lot of families with kids there.
Inspirada is a Master planned community and is designed around these parks, pools and walking trails. I often see people at the parks and kids playing basketball.
Reason #2: Home Styles & Price Range
One of the reasons I show Inspirada to so many different buyers is because there’s true variety here. You’re not locked into just one type of home or one price bracket.
You’ve got townhomes and condos that are perfect for first-time buyers or people relocating to Henderson who want low maintenance. You’ve got single-family homes with yards, great for growing families. And you’ve also got newer construction homes wiht larger floorplans that appeal to move-up buyers who want more space without jumping into luxury pricing.
KB has the Landings at Inspirada and the Gardens at Inspirada. Both communities offer a lot for your money. You can get a good size home starting in the low $400,000.
Toll Brothers at Inspirada is great for buyers who want upgrades that make the home feel custom rather than just “spec built.”
Tri Pointe Homes has townhomes available in the mid $300,000 price range.
What is great is there are new homes for all prices ranges in Inspirada. I have a property in Escrow right now listed in Escala at $1,000,000. The gated Escala community is one of our favorites with nice single-story homes built by Pardee.
There are several homes listed for sale between $1,000,000 and $1,100,000 and there is a home in escrow with a pool and large lot listed for sale at $1,369,000 on Hazelburn in the Vistamar neighborhood, where Toll Brothers built some of their larger homes.
One thing I love about Inspirada is how connected they are with the agents who truly work in the community. Every year, Inspirada hosts a breakfast and recognition event where they honor the top agents based on sales and activity within the community.
Our team has been fortunate to receive that award multiple years. Between Kendall, Danielle, Stefanie, and myself, we’ve helped so many families move into and out of Inspirada. It is funny but you can name any community, and Kendall will immediately know the floorplan names and square foot, even the HOA fees. We often have relationships with the sales track agents there who love working with us. We genuinely love working in this community
Reason #3: So much happening in the area
When there is a lot of development in an area that usually follows with strong appreciation. Areas near new construction amenities, upgraded roads, or upcoming retail and entertainment centers are happening often see stronger long-term value because buyers want to be close to convenience. Inspirada has so much happening and planned. We have the new West Henderson Hospital that just opened recently in the area. There is huge indoor sports complex under construction near the Chicken & Pickle. It will offer multi-court space, turf areas, and family-focused amenities. The planned $70 million facility is expected to open in fall 2026 and add 250 jobs and of course those people may want to live nearby in Inspirada!
The Inspirada Stations Casino is still in the works and is planned at Via Inspirada and Bicentennial Parkway. It is set to be like the Green Valley Ranch Casino which has some of my favorite restaurants. My husband and I will go out to dinner and a movie there so I am sure we will love the Inspirada Stations once it opens and I am hearing it may have a bowling alley.
Reason #4: Location Pros
One thing I always point out to buyers is that Inspirada sits right on the edge of West Henderson’s so you are closer to the I-15. For those clients who travel back and forth to California it is very easy to get to Inspirada as it is the first exit. I had a couple relocating from California and they plan to still go back and forth to San Diego because they have family there. They love the idea of being able to hop on the freeway quickly where Summerlin would have been another half an hour out.
Kendall loves it because it is close to our office which is off of Saint Rose and Seven Hills. She is always on the go with clients so she can easily hop on the 2-15 and get to the southwest part of town with 15 minutes and to Summerlin within 20 minutes. The strip is also an easy drive within 15 minutes from Inspirada
Reason #5: What Buyers Should Know Before Moving
The HOA fees for the Inspirada Homeowner Association vary depending upon the neighborhood with the fees starting at $255/quarterly or $85 a month. The fee includes the maintenance of all of the common-area landscaping, parks and trails, residents’ pools, Community Center, and community events.
Some neighborhoods have a higher fee, for example Toll Brothers collections include access to a private clubhouse with its own fee (about $41 additional a month). Many communities are gated and there are several townhome and condo communities with additional HOA fees.
So, should you move to Inspirada in Henderson? If you’re looking for a true community feel, newer homes, and a lifestyle built around connection, Inspirada might be exactly what you’re looking for. But like any neighborhood, it’s not for everyone. If you want help deciding whether Inspirada fits your lifestyle and budget, reach out, I’d love to help.
