Anthem – A Diverse and Vibrant Community
• Anthem is a master planned community developed by Del Webb Corporation in 1997 with almost 5,000 acres of land and more than 15,000 homes. Within the master planned community are several subdivisions including guard gated Anthem Country Club, Anthem Highlands, Coventry Homes at Anthem and two age restricted communities of Sun City Anthem and Solera.
• There are two golf courses, Revere Golf Club which is open to the public and located in Sun City Anthem and the private Anthem Country Club. The large Anthem Hills Park has 53-acre and is quietly nestled between several neighborhoods. It includes a skate park, basketball courts and a large grass area. Growing up, my sons enjoyed soccer practice and skating boarding there.
Anthem Country Club – Exclusive Golf Community Living
• We are in Anthem Country Club, a private guard gated luxury golf community of custom homes and semi-custom homes developed by Del Webb and Pulte and located in the heart of Anthem. The semi-custom homes here range from 1260 square feet to slightly over 5000 sq feet and the custom homes are up to 16,000 sq feet.
• The community is structured around a 3-mile loop that circles the community where neighbors and pets can enjoy walking while soaking in the beautiful landscape.
• Each of the 39 individual neighborhoods branches out from the loop with natural landscape and the golf course nestled between the communities providing a sense of exclusivity and tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. I live in Anthem Country Club and love this community.
Sun City Anthem – Ideal for Active Adults
• Welcome to Sun City Anthem, an Age Restricted community for residents 55 years and older. The community has three main club houses, fitness centers, pools, spas, tennis and pickleball courts and even a full-size theatre where residents hold shows! We are standing in front of the Anthem Center. This sprawling 77,000 square feet facility has a state-of-the art fitness center and exercise classes for all fitness levels.
• With over 7,100 homes, there are 33 different home models ranging from 1,080 sqft to slightly 3,000 sqft. For the active residents the community has many walking and biking trails and residents have access to special green fee rates and times at the Revere Golf Club.
Club at Madeira – Modern and Family-Friendly
• The Club at Madeira Canyon a guard gated community with homes built by Richmond American Homes and Pulte Homes.
• This community has a club house with a fitness center, massage room, kitchen and other multi-purpose rooms for the residents to us. There is a community pool, tennis courts and a basketball court.
• The Madeira Canyon Community Park, with almost 19 acres including soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball courts and baseball fields providing an active lifestyle for families!
Seven Hills – Luxury with Breathtaking Views
• Another terrific master planned community is Seven Hills. This Italian-inspired master planned community spans over 1,300 acres and the elevation offers some incredible Strip views. Seven Hills consists of over 20 smaller subdivisions that offer a variety of home sizes and price ranges from Guard gated custom homes to Condominiums.
• Two of the custom home guard gated communities are Terracina and Venezia. These communities have separate gates, but are still connected, forming a large community of luxurious and spacious custom homes ranging from 3,500 square feet. to over 15,000 square feet.
• Renaissance is another guard gated neighborhood with Seven Hills consisting of semicustom homes built by Pardee. This neighborhood is one of my favorites with many homes in this neighborhood enjoying spectacular views of the mountains, golf course, and the city lights!
Inspirada – A Planned Community with a Progressive Twist
• Inspirada is a master planned community with 1,500 acres. The community has over 4,500 homes and is still growing offering new home construction. KB homes, Tripoint Homes and Toll Brothers offer new construction homes starting in the high $300,000’s. The community offers wonderful amenities including parks, pools and a monthly Farmers market.
Lake Las Vegas – Resort-Style Serenity
• This master planned community is unique as it centers around a 320-acre lake with a full-service marina with water sports including kayaking, water jetpack and a yacht cruise trips. Many of the homes have views of the lake. The Reflection Bay Golf Club has the distinction of being a prestigious Jack Niclaus Signature Design. Homeowners can become a member of the Lake Las Vegas Sports Club. Amenities include fitness center, yoga studio, skin care studio, member lounge, game room, pickleball courts, tennis courts, pools, hot tub, steam rooms, and more! As you drive through the community you will see neighbors golfing, walking, biking and enjoying water sports.
