Every member of our team has a specialized role, allowing us to provide expert-level service at every stage of your transaction. While I am involved throughout the entire process, I have an incredible team working alongside me to ensure that no detail is overlooked.
At Team Carver, every member plays a key role in ensuring a smooth real estate experience. My husband, John handles marketing and scheduling, making sure your home gets maximum exposure. My licensed assistants, Kathy and Annette work alongside me. Kathy is there during the initial listing to fine-tune our marketing and keep you updated. While Annette manages escrows and contract timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. Both are a terrific asset for our team and clients.
Meanwhile, our buyer specialists—Kendall, Danielle, and Stefanie—focus on helping buyers navigate the process with ease. They are top agents ranked within the top 500 agents in all of Las Vegas. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated team, and our clients are lucky to work with them as well. Our team has a true family feel, with Danielle having been with us for 20 years and Stefanie and Kendall for 15 years. This longevity speaks to the supportive environment we’ve built and the deep commitment we have to serving our clients at the highest level. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated team, and our clients are lucky to work with them as well!
Our team approach means expert handling from start to finish. Each team member focuses on what they do best, creating a highly efficient and well-organized process. And, of course, I stay involved throughout the entire process, making sure you get the best possible outcome. At Team Carver, you don’t just get one agent—you get a full team of dedicated professionals working together to give you the best real estate experience possible.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiation is one of the most critical aspects of buying or selling a home, and with Team Carver’s decades of experience, we know how to strategically advocate for our clients to secure the best possible outcome. We are in trenches and understand current trends in our local Las Vegas Market. We provide a comparative market analysis (CMA) to support our negotiation stance, I focus on the recent sales but more importantly the current inventory and competition will give us a better idea of supply and the market. Whether it’s getting top dollar for a seller or securing the best price and terms for a buyer, we are here to help our clients negotiate the best deal possible.
I have a client under contract right now. They received an initial offer below the asking price. Instead of accepting or immediately countering, we used our marketing expertise to generate additional interest, resulting in a multiple-offer situation. This led to a final sales price $45,000 higher than the original offer.
One of our buyers fell in love with a home but was concerned about potential repairs. After a thorough review of the inspection report, we helped obtain bids for the repairs and negotiated a $12,000 credit from the seller.
We stay ahead of the conversation, addressing potential issues before they arise and positioning our clients for success.
Real estate transactions don’t always go as planned, but at Team Carver, our years of experience give us the ability to solve problems and focus on solutions, so our clients still achieve the best outcomes. I recently had a closing, and the appraisal came in low. We negotiated to reduce the price but also reduced the concession my seller had agreed to give the buyer this worked for both parties and my Seller was able to net the same amount with the lower price. He successfully closed escrow and was very happy.
Every client’s situation is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit your specific needs. Our specialized team ensures that marketing, negotiations, and transaction management are all handled with care. When you’re buying or selling, you deserve a team that advocates for you, keeps you informed, and makes the process smooth and successful.
