Altessa at The Vistas is a 280-unit European-inspired, gated condominium project located west of I-215 at Far Hills Avenue.

Each apartments feature granite countertops, cherry-stained cabinetry, upgraded flooring, designer lighting fixtures, crown molding in living areas and a ground-floor private entrance, which means there are no exterior staircases throughout the project.
Neighborhood amenities include a community clubhouse with a fireside lounge and kitchen, fitness center, pet walking areas, swimming pool, and spa area with waterfall and barbecue area, and a fitness center.
Outside the gates of Altessa, residents will enjoy the village amenities located throughout The Vistas which includes two 7-acre parks distinguished by 48-foot clock towers.
