One of my close friends used to be the activity director here, and she always talked about how connected the residents are. From themed dinners, weekend brunches, weekly happy hours with craft cocktails and mocktails and holiday events, there’s always something happening. Residents can book private events such as company meetings, family gatherings and even weddings here. The amenities here rival top resorts, but they’re all just for Ascaya residents.

Ascaya is a unique community as it is currently set to have less than 350 homes including the custom lots and Canyon Residence Condo’s. It is relatively a small community, especially when compared to other large guard gated neighbors like MacDonald Highlands and the Ridges more than 5 times as many homes. Every time I have been to the club house it is very private with only a handful of residents. You almost have use of the gym and club house to yourself! Now there are times when it is very busy with classes and social activities so you get the best of both worlds!
