I live in Anthem Country Club and absolutely love the community. We looked at the models when the community started. They were amazing. We fell in love with all of the natural landscape within the community. That is something you don’t see in many other neighborhoods. The community has the golf course and the natural desert landscaping separating the homes and individual small neighborhoods within the community.
At the time we moved into Southern Highlands, but my husband kept thinking about Anthem Country Club. We had several friends and clients in the community. Our sons went to Southern Highland Prep which only goes through the 8th grade. So, when it was time to consider high school, we decided to move into Anthem Country Club so our kids could attend the public Coronado High School.
I still feel so lucky to live here. I love seeing the large water fall and pond as I drive into the community. I will roll down my windows and enjoy the view. We walk our dogs around the 3-mile loop and focus on how grateful we are to live here. Many of the homes have views or the mountains, golf course or strip. We love sitting in our back yard enjoying coffee and the views from our patio! Living here, you really feel connected to nature without ever having to give up the conveniences of city life.

Anthem Country Club isn’t just another neighborhood. It really is a lifestyle, and I can tell you that our life has improved since moving into the community. Residents can become social and golf members. We are social members, so we have access to the club house with two restaurants and lots of fun activities. I like bunco which is monthly just for the ladies. There are holiday events, fun summer socials and yummy themed dinners. We are also the fitness center with work equipment and fitness classes. I like yoga classes. The huge pool is great for relaxing or enjoying some of the swimming classes. We have tennis and pickleball courts and everything is tailored for an active lifestyle. Golf members have access to all the social items plus the private Anthem Country Club championship 18-hole golf course that winds beautifully through the community. I have sponsored a hole and several of the golf tournaments and it is a great time! The HOA fee is $1063 quarterly. The social membership initiation deposit is $5,000 and the monthly dues are $390. The initiation fee is $75,000 and $1,270 a month.
