Ridgebrook is a 100-acre “mini-village” within the master planned community of Summerlin which features a 6-acre park surrounded by four neighborhoods.

- Granite Peaks consists of 136 homes with six different floor plans ranging in size from 1,717 SF – 2,550 SF and was developed by KB Homes.
- Southstar consists of 115 homes with four different floor plans ranging in size from 1,553 SF – 2,050 SF. Southstar was developed by the local builder, RS Development.
- Sunset Ridge consists of 114 homes with 9 different floor plans ranging in size from 1,423 SF – 2,325 SF. Sunset Ridge was developed by Pulte Homes and KB Homes.
